Why We Do Not Cover This Area
Our service model is designed to efficiently support areas with established logistics and waste handling infrastructure. While we are committed to sustainability and compliance, some regions fall beyond our sustainable service range due to geographical or logistical limitations. East Riding of Yorkshire, at present, is outside our route planning for oil and fat collections.
We continually review demand and logistics, and future expansion into new areas is always under consideration. If there is substantial interest from food establishments, we may look into adding East Riding of Yorkshire to our operational list.
Who Can Use Our Collection Service?
If your business is located outside of the East Riding area—such as Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Halifax, or Huddersfield—you may be eligible for our free and fully licensed oil collection service. We provide proper documentation including a Controlled Waste Transfer Note and ensure full compliance with environmental regulations.
Our collection routes cover businesses such as:
- Restaurants
- Takeaways
- Catering vans
- Food processing units
- Hotels and guesthouses
- School kitchens
- Care homes and community kitchens
What to Do If You're Based in East Riding
If your business is in any of the East Riding locations listed and you need to dispose of used cooking oil or animal fats, we recommend contacting your local council or an Environment Agency registered collector operating in the region. It is important to ensure that whoever handles your waste oil is fully compliant with waste disposal laws to avoid penalties.
You can search the Environment Agency’s public register to find licensed collectors in your area.
